Learn how to convey your ideas, communicate more effectively, and develop effective teamwork through LEGO Serious Play and Improvisation techniques.
As adults, the word “play” is typically used in conjunction with a form of competition but, “play” can also carry negative connotations and be seen as a waste of time, especially during times of supposed productivity.
Children play with an unmitigated sense of wonderment and imagination. They form bonds with one another and learn alternative forms of communication and problem solving, without any preconceived notions or fear of judgement.
We need to relearn how to play again and be more childlike in our daily interactions and during this session, we’ll explore methods for strategic decision making, problem solving, communication and teamwork, through playful, yet serious ways of creating new insights and developing innovative ideas.
We will be raffling off a set of curated Serious Play LEGOs at the event.
